I need more basketball drills that I can do over the summer in my back yard.

I know people that say the best thing to do is shoot from the pointed and middle but Tracy McGrady shoots with his middle finger and he is a cold shooter. Also Kobe shoots with his pointer finger and we all know kobe is a killer shooter. But there is also some good shooters that shoot with there Pointed, Middle, and there Ring finger.

So what should I do??

I am in 9th grade but last year i played post and this year i play PG or SG because i got alot quicker and i was no longer in the taller side of my team

i need to know what position i would play if i shot a lot and can steal really good.

I would like to make more free throws and 3 pointers but I can’t quite get a grip on how to do so. I am 6’1 and would like to be on a team before I graduate high school or in college…also what will help my rebounding?

Many times when I shoot, my hands slip on the ball. This makes the shot lean slightly to the elft or right, but its drastic enough so that a shot that would normally go in would hit the side of the backboard. I need to find the way to properly place my hands on the ball so my hands dont slip while shooting so that I can be more accurate.

I suck with my left hand and i wanna know a different drill than dribbling up and down the court left hand dribbling.
I wanna be able to drive with confidence with my left hand.

On a jumpshot, where should the ball be released from? Occasionally when Im shooting, sometimes I get my shot nipped/blocked? How can I prevent this when Im shooting a jumper.
