In today’s video, Coach Tom explains how to shoot over the defense in the low post using the “Sky Hook” shot! Made popular by the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (Lew Alcindor), it has faded from popular use. We want to help bring it back! When used properly, there is almost no way to stop it. You can even use it to shoot over much taller players because if they attempt to block it or get to the ball, they’ll probably foul you.
